Germany, Luftwaffe. A Short-Range Day Fight Squadron Clasp with 200 Hanger, Gold Grade, by G.H. Osang

(Frontflugspange in Gold mit Anhänger). Constructed of gilded and patinated zink, the obverse consisting of a winged arrow inside of a laurel wreath, joined at the bottom by a swastika, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, with a “200” hanger, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked “G.H. OSANG, DRESDEN”, measuring 77.04 mm (w) x 25.92 mm (h), weighing 21.9 grams, some loss of gilt, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
