Baden, Grand Duchy. A 50 Year Wedding Anniversary Insignia, Gold Grade

(Erinnerungszeichen für 1906). An oval badge constructed of gilded bronze and red enamel, the obverse centre presenting the intertwined initials FL for Friedrich and Luise, surrounded by a border of leaves and flowers bearing the dates 1856 1906 and 20.9 (20 September), reverse plain, measuring 28.38 mm (w) x 52.07 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition.
