(Baltenkreuz 2. Klasse). Instituted in 1919. A cross constructed of blackened metal alloy, the obverse with a bronzed cross with fleur-de-lis attached on the ends, the reverse plain, measuring 46.97 mm (w) x 47.05 mm (h), on a loop for suspension from a period original ribbon, and in overall very fine condition.
