(Medaillen). A grouping of three medals, including a Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, for widows and parents, a straight armed cross pattée in blackened iron, the centre obverse displays a laurel wreath encircling the dates 1914 1918, maker marked on reverse with R.V.6 PFORZHEIM, measuring 38.17 mm (w) x 38.18 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period replacement ribbon, and in near extremely fine condition. A Silesian Eagle, II Class, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of a Silesian Eagle overlaid by silvered crescent and cross, clutching a silvered banner with a raised inscription of FÜR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), measuring 31.57 mm (w) x 46.88 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period replacement ribbon, and in very fine condition. A 1904/1906 Southwest Africa Commemorative Medal, a gilded bronze medal, the obverse with a leftward facing bust of Germania wearing a winged helmet, circumscribed SÜDWEST AFRIKA and 1904-06, the reverse with the royal monogram of Emperor Wilhelm II, circumscribed DEN SIEGREICHEN STREITERN (THE VICTORIOUS COMBATANTS), measuring 32.61 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon.
