Prussia, Kingdom. A 1792 Medal in Homage to the Principalities of Ansbach and Bayreuth

(Medaille). A round silver medal, the obverse presents the right-facing bust of Friedrich Wilhelm II, surrounded by the inscription FRID.WILHELMVS BORVSSORVM REX, the reverse presents a standing figure holding a cornucopia in front of a burning altar with eagle representation, bordered by the inscription ONOLSBACVM BVRVTHVMQVE, and below with FID.PRAEST MDCCXCII, measuring 27.26 mm in diameter, weighing 7.1 grams, presenting a single drill hole at the 12 o’clock edge of the medal, and in very fine condition.
