A round silver medal, the obverse centre presenting the head of King Wilhelm II facing right, circumscribed by WILHELM II KOENIG VON WUERTTEMBERG, maker marked K. SCHWENZER for Karl Schwenzer of Stuttgart, the reverse centre inscribed FÜR LANGJÄHRIGE TREUE DIENST (FOR LONG AND FAITHFUL SERVICE), surrounded by the inscription KOENIG-KARL-JUBILAEUMS-STIFTUNG (KING KARL’S JUBILEE FOUNDATION) above a wreath of oak leaves, measuring 26.11 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, with bronze rectangular clasp, bearing an oval shield with the crowned cipher for King Wilhelm II, and in overall near very fine condition.
