Constructed of a cardboard-reinforced red wool base, bearing for rows of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with red and black threading, pinned with a gilded bronze rank pip, the reverse with a dark blue wool strap, unmarked, measuring 28 mm (w) x 108 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
