In silver, obverse bearing the coat-of-arms of the Second Republic, incorporating a star and crescent moon, inscribed in Turkic-Arabic script (one ready to die for a cause) above, reverse number stamped "174" above the stamped date "1945", measuring 33 mm (w) x 37.3 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, edge nicks, contact marks, suspended from a metal hanger wrapped in forest green woven cloth with silver bars wrapped around the hanger on either end, with safety pin attachment on the hanger, fine.

 

Footnote: In 1945, East Turkestan was part of Xinjiang Province and part of China.
