Germany, Third Reich. An Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918

(Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with central dates “1914-1918” inside of a laurel wreath, with crossed swords through the centre, the reverse maker marked “R.V. PFORZHEIM”, measuring 38.06 mm (w) x 42.50 mm (h), weighing 17.9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
