Württemberg, Kingdom. A Merit Medal, Silver Grade

(Verdienstmedaille in Silber). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Wilhelm II circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with an inscription of “DEM VERDIENST” (“FOR MERIT”) inside of a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 28.13 mm in diameter, weighing 14.3 grams (inclusive of ribbon), minor tarnishing evident, in better than very fine condition.
