(Ehrenblattspange der Luftwaffe). Instituted 5 July 1944. (1944-1945 issue; 1957 reissue). Constructed of gilded bronze, consisting of a round oak leaf wreath with a central Luftwaffe eagle, with all four reverse attachment prongs intact, affixed to a period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 24.64 mm (w) x 24.27 mm (h), accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux black leather exterior, with a black felt medal bed, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 110 mm (l) x 14 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
