(Luftwaffe Krim Ärmelschild). A campaign shield constructed of gilded magnetic metal, surmounted by a German eagle clutching a laurel wreath surrounding a swastika, flanking the eagle are the dates 1941 and 1942, which represent the start and end dates of the campaign, the background presents the Crimea peninsula with the word KRIM stamped across it, attached to a blue-grey wool backing, measuring 62 mm (w) x 74 mm (h), and in near very fine condition.
