Three-piece construction in blackened bronze with white enamels, illustrating a central white enamelled target bearing the Roman numeral "II" (2nd Class), the target overlaid by crossed rifles, above oak leaf branches and surmounted by the initials "E L", measuring 28.5 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), maker marked "ROMAN TAVAST TALLINN" on the screwback, intact enamels, very light contact, near extremely fine.
