A Luftwaffe tachometer, constructed of a blackened metal casing, the face with numerals 6-30 marked at every fourth number, with a measurement accordingly multiplied by one hundred rotations per minute, enclosed with a glace face, set around the face is a metal frame with four holes for attachment to a dashboard, the side of the body bearing a label identifying the manufacturer as Deuta-Werke, with a serial number of “61890”, and a manufacture date of September 1947, the reverse with an adjustable grooved dial and two cut wires visible, measuring 82 mm (w) x 82 mm (h) x 112 mm (l), in very fine condition.
