In bronze gilt with green enamels, measuring 52.8 mm (w) x 74.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wings, thunderbolts and VALOR suspension, intact enamels, on an original full-length neck ribbon with horizontal octagonal thirteen star cravat pad sewn in place, triple snap closure, extremely fine. Accompanied by its 36 mm (w) x 10 mm (h) ribbon bar, in its JEWEL CASE hardshelled case of issue, marked "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" on the lid, surface rust evident on the inside covers of the both the lid and base of the case under the plastic inserts.
