A Driver Proficiency Badge, Bronze Grade, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, consisting of a laurel wreath, with a central steering wheel, with both reverse attachment prongs intact, with an off-white paper backer, affixed to a patch of field-grey wool, unmarked, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in near very fine condition.
