Germany, NSDAP. A 1942 Luxemburg NSDAP Regional Meeting Badge by Ziemer & Söhne

(NSDAP Erster Kreistag Luxemburg Abzeichen). Constructed of zink, horizontal pinback, the obverse with a depiction of the Adolphe Bridge, topped by a NSDAP-style eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above an inscription of “ERSTER KREISTAG LUXEMBURG 1942”, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M9/162” for maker Ziemer & Söhne, Oberstein an der Nahe, measuring 28 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in very fine condition.
