Constructed of silver, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of Duke Ernst circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a finely-detailed raised depicting of agricultural workers and farm animals, above an inscription of “DEM VERDIENSTE UM DIE LANDWIRTSCHAFT” (“FOR SERVICES TO AGRICULTURE”), the obverse maker marked “F. HELFRICHT”, measuring 44.93 mm in diameter, weighing 42.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
