Constructed of feinkzink, the obverse with a symbolic depiction of Europa riding a bull, circumscribed by an inscription of “EUROPÄISCHER JUGENDKONGRESS 13.-19. SEPT. 1942 WIEN”, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, maker marked “FRIEDR. ORTH, WIEN 56”, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) insignia and maker code “M9/242”, measuring 35.71 mm in diameter, weighing 12.6 grams, in extremely fine condition.
