Germany, Imperial. A Brandenburg Agricultural Chamber Faithful Service Medal to August Schwarz

(Landwirtschaftskammer Brandenburg Dienstauszeichnung). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a finely-detailed Prussian imperial eagle clutching a sceptre and orb, circumscribed by an inscription of “LANDWIRTSCHAFTS-KAMMER FÜR DIE PROVINZ BRANDENBURG” (“AGRICULTURAL CHAMBER FOR THE PROVINCE OF BRANDENBURG”), the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR LANGJÄHRIGE TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR LONG YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVICE” inside of an oak leaf wreath, above a banner with an etched dedication of “STELLMACHERMSTR. AUGUST SCHWARZ, WILKENDORF, 1863-1906”, the edge with an inscription of “SILBER” and content number “990”, measuring 42.52 mm in diameter, weighing 29.1 grams, in extremely fine condition.
