Prussia, Kingdom. A Kaiser Wilhelm II and Kaiserin Auguste Silver Wedding Anniversary Clasp, c.1906

(Erinnerungszeichen zur Silbernen Hochzeit). Instituted 27 December 1907 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. (1906 issue). Constructed of silver, consisting of a laurel wreath with a central number “25” in Roman numerals, affixed to a silvered zink backplate with a period original ribbon, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
