Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm III, the reverse with an inscription of “VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT”, inside of a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 39.24 mm in diameter, weighing 22.6 grams, in extremely fine condition.
