Constructed of gilded bronze, with four reverse attachment prongs connecting to a backplate accommodating a period original ribbon with a magnetic metal clip, with a maker’s mark of “WILH. MAYER & FRZ. WILHELM, STUTTGART”, measuring 39 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
