Germany, Imperial. A First War Eastern Front Campaign Decoration

(Ostfront Abzeichen). Constructed of silver and radium, on loop for suspension from a functional spring clip, the obverse consisting of a central Iron Cross-style decorations inscribed “FELDZUG RUSS-POLEN” (“CAMPAIGN RUSSIA-POLAND”), flanked by integrated Imperial Russian 10 kopek coins, with an additional hanging adornment presenting with a floral design on the obverse and an inscription of “LIEDERKRANZ WEINGARTEN” on the reverse, measuring 35 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
