(Medalla por Aliado en Operaciones contra el Gobierno del Paraguay). Instituted in 1889. In copper, measuring 30.5 in diameter, very light contact, replacement incorrect ribbon, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The medal was instituted on August 20, 1889 for the military of Brazil and Uruguay who participated, allied to Argentina, in the war against Paraguay.
