Germany, NSKK. A National Socialist Motor Corps (NSKK) Traffic Education Service Arm Shield

(Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps Ärmelschild). Constructed of silvered and blackened bronze, the obverse with a raised NSKK-style German national eagle topped by a banner inscribed “NSKK”, circumscribed by an inscription of “VERKEHRSERZIEHUNGSDIENST” (“TRAFFIC EDUCATION SERVICE”), the reverse plain, with three holes for sew-on attachment, unmarked, measuring 74 mm (w) x 73 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
