A group of three Wehrmacht photos, including a studio photo of a Luftwaffe Flieger with his wife, with the former in uniform and wearing an Observer Badge, a 1939 Iron Cross I Class, a Silver Grade Wound Badge, and a Front Flying Clasp for Reconnaissance Pilots, the reverse with an inscription of “WEIHNACHTEN 1942” (“CHRISTMAS 1942”) and addressed to the sender’s younger brother, measuring 90 mm (w) x 140 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a field photo of a Luftwaffe Leutnant, depicted in uniform and wearing a Pilot’s Badge and DRL Sports Badge, the reverse with an inscription of “OSTERN 1940 IN DÜSSELDORF” (“EASTER 1940 IN DÜSSELDORF”, with a label identifying the subject as Hermann Seebacher, who was killed in action on 7 June 1942 near Brünn at the age of 31, with details confirmed by his daughter, measuring 84 mm (w) x 132 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a studio photo of a Heer Unteroffizier, seated in uniform, wearing a General Assault Badge and a 1939 Iron Cross ribbon, the reverse identifying the subject as Unteroffizier Gustav von Cleff, 8th Panzer division, who was killed in action near Zhytomyr in Autumn 1943, measuring 62 mm (w) x 87 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
