A pair of Third Reich period awards, including a War Merit Cross, II Class with Swords, presenting as a Maltese cross in bronzed zink, the obverse with crossed swords between the arms of the cross and a circular raised border of oak leaves on the obverse with a raised mobile swastika in the center, the reverse presents a circular raised border of oak leaves bearing the institution date 1939 in raised numbering, measuring 48.05 mm (w) x 49.07 mm (h), presenting some loss of bronzing, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in very fine condition. A Wehrmacht 4-Year Long Service Award, presenting as a circular silvered metal (magnetic), the obverse with the German eagle in the centre, circumscribed in German Gothic lettering Treue Dienste in der Wehrmacht (Faithful Service in the Armed Forces), the reverse with the raised number 4 centrally within an oak wreath border, measuring 30.15 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition.
