(Wehrmacht Abzeichen). A group of three Wehrmacht awards, 1957 versions, including a 1939 Iron Cross, constructed of iron and neusilber, consisting of a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed neusilber frame, the obverse with three central oak leaves, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1939”, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44.03 mm (w) x 44.10 mm (h), weighing 15.1 grams, in extremely fine condition; a Special Grade Panzer Assault Badge for 50 Engagements, constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a plaque with a raised number “50”, with a central Panzer IV with its treads extending beyond the wreath, the reverse with two visible rivets holding the Panzer in place, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 46.31 mm (w) x 54.97 mm (h), weighing 29.1 grams, in extremely fine condition, and; a Narvik Shield, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse with a propeller, anchor, and edelweiss, flanked by a date of “1940”, topped by an inscription of “NARVIK”, the reverse with all three attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 37.85 mm (w) x 65.10 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
