In red, white and blue embroidery, on a black wool base, padded, dark brown mesh backer, measuring 124 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), a small piece of the mesh backer missing on the tip of the right wing, along with glue residue evident on the reverse from previous board mounting, near extremely fine.
