(Orden Civil de Beneficencia). Established by Queen Isabel II in 1856, modified in 1910 and abolished in 1985. Type II. 1910-1985 Issued. Likely early 20th century sash, constructed of purple ribbed silk, exhibiting two black narrow side stripes with a typical Spanish rosette, strongly faded and stained, in overall fine condition.
