A promotion certificate to Schutzpolizei Officer Albert Loose, elevating the recipient from Major to Oberstleutnant, dated 18 October 1938 and issued at Berchtesgaden, featuring a facsimile of the Führer and a handwritten signature of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, measuring 222 mm (w) x 310 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
