Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Prince Günther Friedrich Carl II, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of “FÜR GEWERBLICHES VERDIENST” (“FOR INDUSTRIAL MERIT”), within a laurel and oak wreath, unmarked, measuring 30.27 mm in diameter, weighing 12.6 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
