Constructed of silver, the obverse with raised profiles of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Kaiserin Augusta Victoria, circumscribed by names and titles, the reverse with a central inscription of “SEID FRÖHLICH IN HOFFNUNG GEDULDIG IN TRÜBSAL HALTET AM GEBET” (“REJOICE IN HOPE, PATIENT IN TRIBULATION, FIRM IN PRAYER”), above an inscription of “RÖMER C. 12 V. 12” (“ROMANS CHAPTERS 12, VERSE 12”), topped by an inscription of “ZUM EHEJUBILÄUM” (“WEDDING ANNIVERSARY”), the obverse maker marked “E. WEIGAND” for the firm of Emil Weigand, Berlin, measuring 45.11 mm in diameter, weighing 51.2 grams, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of heavy card stock with a faux brown leather exterior, the obverse with gilded integrated monograms of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Kaiserin Augusta Victoria, the interior with a blue satin lid linder and blue velvet depressed medal bed, opening with a bronze spring catch with exterior stud release and a functional magnetic metal hinge, unmarked, measuring 80 mm (w) x 80 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
