(Valgetaehe teenetemaerk. I). Instituted in 1936. Hardshelled design on both the lid and base, wooden-framed, the exterior with a blush red patterned cloth covering on five sides, the bottom with a black pebbled paper covering along with a handwritten label written in Czech, inside lid lined in white satin, padded and exhibiting the impression of the once present breast star, maker marked "ROMAN TAVAST PÄRNU MAANTEE 20 TALLINN" on the yellow foil label affixed over the hinged area, a white paper-wrapped cardboard insert placed within the base and incorporating a raised platform in black felt, with a recessed medal bed for the badge and a triple-slotted medal bed for the breast star, dual-hinged, single clasp closure, measuring 142 mm (w) x 250 mm (h) x 50 mm (d), wear, scuffing and light soiling evident on the exterior, light soiling present on the white satin-lined inside lid, very fine.
