Germany, HJ. An EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle by Friedrich Linden

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse with a central raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed border bearing a raised inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “24” for maker Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in very fine condition.
