In silvered bronze with blue enamels, Romanian Socialist Republic coat-of-arms on the blue enamelled centrepiece, measuring 62.5 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), horizontal pinback, chipping evident in the blue enamels to the left of the arms, contact marks, very fine.
