Germany, Heer. An EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle

(Heer Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD IS WITH US”) with oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 63 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in very fine condition.
