In browning copper, measuring 35.8 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), both lugs intact, green oxidation evident on both sides of the maple leaf's left side, near extremely fine.
Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in Guelph, Ontario under the authority of G.O. 86, July 1, 1915. The Battalion sailed October 23, 1915 with a strength of 41 officers and 1,102 other ranks under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel A.J. Oliver. In England, the Battalion was reorganized as the "Boys Battalion" and ultimately disbanded.
