Germany, DMV. A German Motorsports Association (DMV) Bronze Merit Badge

(Deutscher Motorsport Verband Goldenes Leistungsabzeichen). Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of a round oak leaf wreath, overlaid by central initials “DMV”, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 50.01 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
