(Valgetaehe teenetemaerk). Instituted in 1936. In silver gilt with white enamels, measuring 15.5 mm (w) x 16.8 mm (h), chipping evident in the white enamels on the arm at 12 o'clock on the obverse, rosette on its original ribbon and suspended from a bar with loop, very fine.
