Richard Adolf Zutt (1887-1938) was a Swiss artist working in Hungary during the First World War. He was a member of the Hungarian artists’ union "Magyarképzőművészek és Iparművészek Egyesülete" = Association of Hungarian Artists and Applied Artists.

The inside lid with a handwritten inscription in German: "Ungarische Kriegsmedaillen 1914-17" (Hungarian War Medals 1914-17), with Zutt's name below, and dated "15.IV.17" (April 15, 1917) at Budapest. Contains 24 pieces in both silver and bronze, various sizes, presenting fine patina, overall fine. Contained within original salesmans case of issue; measuring 49 cm (h) x 33 cm (w), wooden framed, wrapped in red leather, exhibiting wear and water damage, fair.
