Germany, HJ. A Rare HJ EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle by Werner Redo

(HJ Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse with a central raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing a raised inscription of “BLUT UND EHRE” (“BLOOD AND HONOUR”), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “M4/118” for maker Werner Redo, Saarlautern, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
