A lot of three service medals, including an Army of Occupation Medal with Germany Clasp, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse with a raised depiction of the Remagen Bridge topped by an inscription of “ARMY OF OCCUPATION”, the reverse with a raised depiction of Mount Fuji, overlaid by clouds and two sailing ships, above a date of “1945”, unmarked, measuring 32 mm in diameter, accompanied by a bronze clasp, the obverse bearing a raised inscription of “GERMANY”, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 4.5 mm (h), a ribbon bar, set on a 36 mm-long bronzer backer with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, and a period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux blue leather exterior, the exterior with a manufacturer’s label bearing a stock number of “71-M-916-150” and a maker’s mark of “D. L. AULD COMPANY, COLUMBUS, OHIO”, measuring 55 mm (w) x 95 mm (l) x 12 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a second Army of Occupation Medal with Germany Clasp, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback and Berlin Airlift Device, the obverse with a raised depiction of the Remagen Bridge topped by an inscription of “ARMY OF OCCUPATION”, the reverse with a raised depiction of Mount Fuji, overlaid by clouds and two sailing ships, above a date of “1945”, unmarked, measuring 32 mm in diameter. accompanied by a bronze clasp, the obverse bearing a raised inscription of “GERMANY”, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 4.5 mm (h), a ribbon bar, set on a 36 mm-long bronzer backer with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, and a period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux blue leather exterior, the exterior with a manufacturer’s label bearing a stock number of “71-M-916-150” and a maker’s mark of “D. AULD COMPANY, COLUMBUS, OHIO”, measuring 55 mm (w) x 95 mm (l) x 12 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Women’s Army Corps Service Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse with a central raised leftward-facing profile of Pallas Athena, circumscribed by an inscription of “WOMEN’S ARMY CORPS”, the reverse with an eagle clutching a scroll with a raised inscription of “FOR SERVICE IN THE WOMEN’S ARMY AUXILIARY CORPS”, above dates “1942-1943”, unmarked, measuring 32 mm in diameter, accompanied by a ribbon bar, set on a 35 mm-long bronze backer with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, a miniature badge, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 18 mm (l) x 3 mm (h), and by its period original presentation case, constructed of card stock with a faux blue leather exterior, with a manufacturer’s label bearing a stock number of “71-M-970” and a maker’s mark of “AMERICAN EMBLEM CO.” and a date of “13 MAR. 1946”, measuring 55 mm (w) x 100 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), material fatigue evident to the presentation case, in overall near extremely fine condition.
