(Nut lil Shurta al-Khidmat Al-Ahama). Instituted in 1939. In bronze, maker marked "HUGUENIN SUISSE" on the reverse, measuring 39.2 mm (w) x 44 mm (h) inclusive of its bar suspension, very light contact, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The Police General Service Medal was instituted in 1939 and awarded for general service in the police. It was discontinued in 1958.
