Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered golden-yellow German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above an inscription of “RBD WUPPERTAL”, unmarked, measuring 96 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
