(Panzerkampfabzeichen mit Einsatzzahl “25”). Constructed of bronzed feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the bottom joined together by a raised plaque bearing a number “25”, overlaid by a central Panzerkampfwagen IV rolling over logs, with its left tread extending beyond the wreath, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse Panzer in place, with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked but with the physical characteristics of manufacture by the firm of Josef Feiz & Söhne, Gablonz, measuring 47.25 mm (w) x 61.93 mm (h), weighing 29.6 grams, a rare example in extremely fine condition.
