Constructed of silver, a high scarce revolutionary badge in the shape of a phrygian cap, measuring 26.96 mm (w) x 28,69 mm (h - inclusive of integral ring), the badge is suspended by likely original breast ribbon in tricolor moire, with slightly toned silver, a very rare and unique badge in extremely good conditions.
