(Treuedienst-Ehrenzeichen 2.Stufe für 25 Jahre mit Etui). Instituted 30 January 1938. (1938-1945 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms, with oak leaf branches joining the quadrants, the obverse with a central black swastika, the reverse with a central inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 40.80 mm (w) x 45.75 mm (h), weighing 21.5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of red card stock, the exterior lid with a silver embossed number “25” inside of a cogwheel, the interior with a red felt lid liner and medal bed, the lid bearing a maker’s label of “WÄCHTLER & LANGE, MITTWEIDA”, measuring 49 mm (w) x 100 mm (l) x 14 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
