(Médaille d’Honneur de la Société Française de Sauvetage). In silver, marked "ARGENT" (silver) on the edge, obverse illustrating a Greek goddess sitting at the base of a tree, her right arm extended and holding a wreath of laurel leaves in her right hand, the acropolis in the background, reverse engraved "Mme KUNTY 1914" with a beaded circle, surrounded by the inscription "SOCIÉTÉ FRANÇAISE DE SAUVETAGE / 1849", measuring 30.7 mm (w) x 43.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, bruised, contact marks, replacement ribbon, very fine.
